Our story
Family-Owned Auto Upholstery Craftsmanship
Award Interiors is a family owned upholstery shop in Sacramento, specializing in the kind of automotive interior work most shops turn away. Torn leather seats, tired convertible tops, and interior door panels coming apart at the seams: this is exactly what we do every day.
We work on everything from daily drivers to Mercedes convertibles and classic cars, matching materials and colors so a repair looks original instead of patched. When Mercedes of Sacramento gets asked who to call for interior work, they send customers to us.
Beyond cars, we take on custom upholstery projects of all kinds, from aircraft glare shields to one-off pieces that need a craftsman's eye. If it needs upholstery done right, we can likely help.

What customers say
“Excellent work! Looks original, material was a match and fast turnaround. Dan is very professional and friendly. I went to a different shop who told me they didn't work on Mercedes because they require special tools, another shop told me they couldn't guarantee a color match, so I called Mercedes of Sacramento and asked if they could recommend. Without hesitation he said Award Interiors does great work! They were right. There are a few super-classic cars in there which were a treat to see.”
“Absolutely the best! Professional, kind, and knowledgeable far above any one else. I am so grateful for their work replacing a soft top on my 2 year old SL AMG. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.”
“Took a small project in (aircraft glare shield) and gave minimal instruction, just make it look good. And, they DID! They obviously know their craft, and are expert at it. For the quality of work, I think they provide a very good value.”
